TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership Duration: All memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
Service Redemption:
Unused services cannot exceed the 25% rollover limit.
Service bookings are subject to availability; we recommend booking in advance.
Discounts: Applicable only to additional services and retail purchases, not on memberships or special promotions.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations or missed appointments must be notified at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered redeemed.
Unlimited Services (Platinum Membership): Unlimited services are capped at a maximum of 3 visits per week.
Bath-House Usage: Sessions are valid only for the member and cannot be transferred or gifted unless part of the Guest Pass.
Guest Pass Terms: Guests must be accompanied by the member to avail services under the Guest Pass.
Membership Perks: Complimentary gifts and perks are subject to availability and may vary.
Termination: TIAMOZ reserves the right to terminate membership if the terms are violated or in cases of inappropriate conduct.
Policy Updates: TIAMOZ reserves the right to modify membership benefits, terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
